Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

This 14-day cancellation period begins the day you (or a third party you’ve named, other than the carrier) receive the last item in your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us clearly of your decision. You can do this by post, or email using the following contact information:

Important: To help us process your cancellation quickly, please include your costumer and invoice number of the affected shipment. Sending your notice before the 14-day period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we’ve received from you, including standard delivery charges (excluding any extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest option). This refund will be processed immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.

We’ll use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we’ve explicitly agreed otherwise with you. You won’t incur any fees for this refund. We may delay the refund until we’ve received the goods back or until you’ve provided proof you’ve returned them, whichever happens first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You’ll only be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if it’s due to handling them in a way that wasn’t necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and function.


When the Right of Withdrawal Doesn’t Apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods (e.g., sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, perishable goods, custom-made products)


General Information for Returns

Ensure you apply sufficient postage. We cannot accept parcels sent without paid postage, as they incur significant charges. Important: Any insufficient or unpaid postage will be deducted from your refund.

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return them in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components to our logistics center. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable protective packaging to prevent transport damage.

.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as gift cards or magazines cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@infynes.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for products that arrive defective or damaged. If your item meets these criteria, please send us an email at :info@infynes.com to arrange an exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
